Dedicated Maintenance Staff

In most cases your maintenance services are carried out by the same dedicated worker(s) each time so you always know who is coming to your building.  He will liaise with the Building Manager (if present) and find out what needs attention or work from a list you have given.

During working hours we realise you need minimal disruption to your staff and customers so works are carried out works quietly and efficiently – we are always respectful of your workspace and plan noisy works for more convenient times.
